We’re excited to welcome you and your pet to our family! Here’s what you can expect when you choose us for your pet care needs:

Step 1: Create a Profile on Time to Pet

To get started, the first step is to create a profile for you and your pet(s) on our secure online booking system, Time to Pet. This will allow you to provide essential information about your pet’s needs, preferences, and care instructions. It’s easy to set up and will help us tailor our services to your pet’s specific requirements.

Step 2: Schedule a Consultation

Once your profile is set up, we recommend scheduling a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll get to know your pet better, discuss care routines, and answer any questions you may have about our services.

Step 3: Choose Your Services

Based on your pet’s needs and your preferences, you can choose from our range of services:

  • Overnight Care & Pet Sitting

  • Drop-In Visits

  • Dog Walking

We’ll work with you to create the best care plan for your pet(s).

Step 4: Confirm Service Dates & Payment

Once your service plan is confirmed, we’ll need to finalize your dates and payment. You can easily confirm bookings, select dates, and securely submit payments through Time to Pet. A 50% deposit is required for overnight stays and pet sitting services, and full payment is due for other services like daily walks. We also accept payments through Venmo and Zelle.

Step 5: Prepare for Your Pet’s Care

Before your scheduled service, ensure your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date (if applicable) and that you’ve provided any necessary access information (keys, security codes, etc.). We'll be ready to care for your pet as soon as we arrive!

Step 6: Enjoy Peace of Mind

While you’re away, rest easy knowing that your pet is in loving hands. We’ll provide updates on your pet’s activities and well-being, and if an emergency arises, we’ll contact you immediately.

Step 7: Ongoing Support

We’re here to answer any questions and will gladly adjust services as needed for future bookings. We aim to build lasting relationships with both our clients and their pets, ensuring consistent, high-quality care every time.
