We’ve made getting started simple so you know exactly what to expect before services begin.

To get started, please create your profile through our secure client portal, Time To Pet. This is where you’ll add your contact information, pet care details, routines, medications, and any other important notes we should know before services begin.

Once your profile is complete, we’ll reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet. This gives us a chance to get to know you and your pets, go over routines and care needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before moving forward. Meet-and-greets are typically scheduled before selecting services in Time To Pet.

Before services can be selected or booking requests can be submitted through Time To Pet, a payment method must be added to your account. The system will not display service options until a card is on file.

Once your payment method has been added, you’ll be able to view service options and select the care that best fits your pets’ needs and schedule.

Before we meet, please complete your Time To Pet profile with your pet’s routine, care instructions, medications, and home access details. During the meet-and-greet, we’ll spend time getting to know you and your pets, reviewing their routine, going over feeding, medication, potty breaks, behavior, and home access, and answering any questions you may have. It’s a chance to make sure everyone feels comfortable and that we have everything we need before services begin.
Mobile App Recommended
Everything can be completed through the desktop portal, but we recommend downloading the Time To Pet app for easier communication, visit updates, and booking management while services are active.
